2 issues: freezer door pops open when fridge door is closed, and vice versa. Tipped unit backwards past level to ensure doors close most of the time. I can predict food spoilage soon. 2'nd issue; freezer shelf will not fit properly in the upper position, the design of the rear of the compartment has a contour that impedes the shelf from sliding all the way back and locking in place. Checked with the retail store, they said the floor model they have has the same issue, and as such it's a manufacturing defect, no warranty, goodby.

Compared to my old Whirlpool fridge (I had one of those old white refrigerators *cue the Nene Leakes sound bite*) my new Frigidaire is a dream. All I wanted was a fridge to cool my foods and not spoil my groceries within a few hours of me purchasing it. And now my new fridge extends the life of my produce and keeps my dairy products cold. Love it. Wish it had a water and ice dispenser built in, but I™™m a little peeved that I would have to pay extra for these features. Whatever, I still like this fridge.

Love my new fridge. The only issue I have noticed is when I close the fridge door the freezer door sometimes cracks open and I have to make sure I check every time I use the fridge.

After our last fridge™™s compressor busted after a short three years, we wanted to go with something reliable. Enter Frigidaire, which makes all sorts of models but we were really in the market for the most basic expression of what a fridge is. The only knock is that it™™s a little short, so the average adult needs to crane down a bit in order to access. However, given the compressor lasts longer than three years, this little, affordable guy has our stamp of approval.

This fridge is basic. For a garage fridge, that means it works great and doesn't break. It has zero frills. It doesn't even tell you what temperature it's at, other than "cold". And that's just great!

I went from a side by side that was cramped and felt like I didn™™t have enough space to this one. I have a ton more space and don™™t loose leftover in the back. The stainless steel is very nice looking. It moves easily too so cleaning behind won™™t be a problem.

I ended up with this fridge because of the failure of Frigidaire to actually replace a different model that was deemed un-repairable after four years of use. I have little confidence in Frigidaire lasting as long as it should.

I purchased my refrigerator on 02/07/2024 and it has already gone out (not cooling/freezing); I felt like that should be a quick and easy fix but it has turned into the worst most time consuming issue ever. Over a week has gone by and the service provider showed up without freon which apparently all that is needed for this repair; he has to order it and can not give me a time-frame as to how much longer it will take.

The delivery and installation were terrific. The frig works great it's just unfortunate that appliances don't last longer than 5 years. It is expensive to replace these items so often! You people need to make items that last instead of disposable items.

First time I have a stainless steel Frigidaire refrigerator . Shelves have an adjustable feature to allow for food stuff that is tall or short. The lighting is great inside. The freezer has plenty of space for my family. I do wipe fingerprints off frequently more than other ones I have owned. I hope this will last for 18 years my other one. Delivery was great.

We have had this model of fridge for 3 months when we came home from work with the fridge temperature at 60 degrees. Our local appliance repair company wasn't able to come out until 2 days later, where we learned the fridge had a faulty defrost timer and just stayed in defrost mode. Waited another week for the part to come in and the repair company to install it. The cubic feet, interior set-up, and door shelving space is great but we can't afford to throw out another fridge-worth of food if the fridge can't stay cold.

As a first time renter, my apartment didn't come with appliances so I needed a new fridge. I am beyond happy with my choice of the one I chose. It's stainless steel, which I love <3 and the inside compartments for veggies and deli meats or temperature controlled so it's been keeping everything fresh and crisp. My deli meat has lasted a few days over the usual expiration date so far. I have a three year old son and I feel no worries about him hanging on the door and it tipping, this was easy to set up with a child safety strap I had bought separately. All in all 12/10. I couldn't be happier with my choice to buy from fridgidair.!

It's Aug. 5th, 2024 and we've had our Frigidaire - 18.3 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator for about one week. So far, the unit has been working, and looking, great!! If I had to comment anything negative it would be this, I was surprised that the unit did not come with an ice bucket or ice trays. Thankfully, we saved those from our old refrigerator. Also, given the price, it would have been nice to include a bottle of Frigidaire's "Ready Clean" stainless steel cleaner. The finish is beautiful and I find myself constantly wiping it down with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and nose prints from the dog.

The top freezer section of my 35 year old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working so choosing another Frigidaire was an obvious choice. Limited space in my kitchen is a problem but this model fits perfectly and still delivers excellent storage capacity. I've talked to other people who have purchased refrigerators from some of these newer appliance makers & they all are disappointed with the durability & longevity of the units. Their prices are higher & the quality of the appliance is subpar. This Frigidaire delivers everything I wanted and at a great price. I am very happy with my choice & would recommend this refrigerator to anyone in the market for a new one.

So far I am very pleased with this product. It is an adjustment coming from a 20.6 Cubic Ft. to 18.3 but we didn't have to take the doors off to get it inside so the seals are great and everything works wonderfully well.
