After my last "popular name brand" fridge only lasted a disappointing 5 years, I knew it was time to switch back to Frigidaire, a trusted name that I have known and used for decades. This new Frigidaire is great, it is well engineered and designed and I am confident this fridge will last many many years.

I've had a high temp alarm for the past 2 weeks. I've called customer service twice and was told that a technician would be in touch with me in a few days. No one contacted me. I called again a week later. But still no response. The refrigerator is less than a year old and should be under warranty. I would never buy a Frigidaire product again.

This fridge is a great size and has everything I was looking for. The water filter is very easy to use and replace, and I love the air filter to keep everything smelling fresh. It comes with several drawers and racks for plenty of storage and it's also easy to remove and clean. Very happy with this appliance.

Hi Dear Frigidaire team.Our Refrigerator is icing our vegetables and fruits all the time. We set it up with recommended temperature. It goes back to the temperature icing by itself without our control.Also, vegetable shelves are not easily open and closed and are not useful. One of the shelves was broken with just touching and when we put it in back to its location.Also, it makes fingerprints when you touch them.We want to fix all these problems or replace our refrigerator.Thanks...

I like the Frigidaire brand in general and had them in my previous home as well. I'm not a fan of side by side, much preferring a freezer on the bottom; however it came in my villa so I'm okay with it.

This is a good basic fridge. It needs more shelves though. We ordered an additional shelf for the fridge door from a different website because Frigidaire doesn't sell them. I also wish this fridge came with a cheese drawer to utilize vertical space. I purchased clear bins to help me organize my cheeses.

The fridge is OK. No splash guard by the water/ice dispenser. no drawer for cold cuts. other than that, works good.

We looooved this fridge for the first six months. Fit into the budget, looked really nice, had a ton of room, and functioned super well. However, we have had it for about 6 months and it™™s slowly started having weird issues. Now, the freezer door struggles to close all the way, even though there isn™™t anything blocking and the seal is in place, and the ice maker constantly stops working through the door. We have to take out the ice box and twist the spiral thing that pushes the ice through. We™™ve looked through the manual for way to fix it, but it™™s pretty useless

We like the fridge. It us spacious. The finish stainless steel does not mark easily and cleans right up. We like the small size ice cubes. They are better than large ones and better than crushed ice.

I had the older version from 2003. I code this one mainly because of the large capacity of ice. I like the smaller cubes and the water dispenser works great. It could use a drawer under the top or middle shelf like the old unit.

My ice maker stopped working on my side by side refrigerator. I called and spoke with a gentleman who informed me I never registered my refrigerator. He walked me thru the steps and told me I had to wait 24 hours after registering to call back. The next evening I received a phone call and the lady on the phone helped me get set up for an appointment for the following day! Never had a company do that! Customer service is the reason I will buy your products in the future.

I am highly disappointed in this refrigerator. It has a very loud circulating fan that never stops running. I have had this refrigerator plugged in know for 3 weeks with almost zero use of opening the doors and it still can't seem to keep up. Over these 3 weeks I've only heard it cycle off twice for less than 10min. Already had a service technician out and he concluded everything was running normal. It also came with a small dent in the cabinet and a couple spare screws laying loose in the bottom of the freezer. Technician couldn't determine where they came from.

While I love the look of this unit and the ice and water dispenser, it has some very disappointing features! This fridge is NOT user friendly. The door has 11 adjustable options, the fridge has 4 shelf positions, leaving lots of unusable space. The ice bin is huge but it never fills with ice so if we have guests we have to buy ice. I™™ve had to buy extra organizers to help use the dead space. Not happy with it but it is the one they gave us when they couldn™™t fix our old one any more.

Absolutely the worst refrigerator I ever owed !!! Came defective broken adjusters, ice maker never worked water comes out only when it wants !! They keep telling I can't talk to anyone higher up. I guess they are to busy for their customers I had different repairmen here 8 to 10 times no luck! Still they won't replace it after 6 months of dealing with this sitting on the phone for hours. I think it's time to call a lawyer!

This was the fridge we went with for our first home. It was in our price range, had all of the options we wanted, and a good amount of space in the fridge and freezer. The water dispenser is great, and fills up cups fast. The ice cubes are a bit smaller than previous fridges I have had but easier to drop into certain water bottles. The filters for the water and air filter are easy to change out. Also very affordable.
