Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Love our Maytag Set!

Ashley K 3/21/2026

Love our Maytag Washer and Dryer set! We had our previous Maytag set for 13 years and had no issues for the first 11-12 years. Come year 13 the sensor in the dryer was hit or miss. Instead of paying to have that fixed, we figured 13 years was a good run and time for a new Maytag set. Very pleased once again! We™€™ve had our new set for about 2-3 weeks now.

Maytag is Junk

Don Croulet 3/16/2026

This dryer was just awful. It was installed damaged which caused it to clang and bang like loose bolts inside. Maytag refused to honor the warranty because they claimed the damage was cosmetic. Consequently, the distributor stepped up and replaced this dryer with a new one at their expense. Now the replacement dryer one week old has an error code and will not operate. Maytag is not what we thought we were getting. We thought we were getting something dependable and instead received only unreliable junk product. We would not recommend Maytag to any of our friends and neighbors.

Failed after 2 years, doesn™€™t fully dry.

Lyrica LaBelle 3/13/2026

Dryer was okay, I had to always bypass the sensing loads because they would not dry and were always ending the cycle wet, even on smaller loads. After 2.5 years the heating element failed and the stupid machine is going to cost hundreds to fix. Maytag used to be such good brand, what a shame.

Disappointed dissatisfied 2/23/2026

So disappointed that I used the drier not even 6 months and it broke down and still has not been fixed or replaced without an offer to replace or apology. I have loved my previous Maytag washer and drier - this however has been a disaster.

Looks great-Proven durability

Vic1980 1/16/2026

Love the variety of drying choices you have, the updated look is nice too! The only thing I miss is the buzzer on my old Maytag dryer had when finished, a small criticism considering I got 18 years out of my old dryer and it still is in service to a needy family! I know my new Maytag will last that long too.

Working as Expected and I expect @ 20 years, judging from the Maytag dryer it replaced. NOTE: The prior dryer was working just fine but the Washer finally gave up the ghost and it was nearly cheaper o replace them both as a pair then to have a mismatched set.

Dries cloths but...

M Jackson 12/22/2025

Being highly rated by GROK, I would have expected more from this dryer. For $800 I would think it would have an interior drum light. The lint filter is rather cheap. I can see the mechanism failing in the near future. Already had to schedule a service call. All display segments are dimly lit when the dryer is off and the end of cycle alert signal is barely audible. Considering the brand, price and reviews, I am disappointed. But it does dry clothes.

Always reliable and only way to go for me.

jkuk 11/19/2025

I am 75 years old, and this is my third set of Maytag's during my 57-year marriage. They have lasted so long and been so reliable that I did not ever even look at any other brand. My mom also had Maytag's, and I can even remember that she had a pink set way back, probably in the 60's. So, I am still learning this set but so far so good.

Good so far

JHMom 8/22/2025

So far this dryer does the job, I do notice I have to add time to the dryer or it's not fully dry on some cycles. Trying to learn all of the settings yet. I do hate that I have to hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start, I should be able to turn this off. I also find the lights to select less to more dry and temp are rather small, not alway easy to see. I also wish I could save my favorite setting and keep it, perhaps with more learning I'll find a favorite pre-selected setting. I bought this for durability so hopefully it lasts a long time.

Lint filter lousy

Kldstein 8/1/2025

I™€™ve had to clean the motor and associated parts of lint 3 times. The lint filter gets cleaned every load yet, because of the design lint comes off pulling out and falls into machine. The older dryer filter was so much better. And it™€™s a pain to access the motor. Your design engineers didn™€™t think about the field repair people. There could have been an easier way. (Engineer speaking here)

Unable to hear alert when clothes are done!

Polebarn 7/2/2025

Not happy that the alert when clothes are done is so faint you can barely hear it even when standing next to it. We had service out and they said that™€™s how it is, that they using apps and phone fleets now yet our model does not have that capability! Also no light inside. Very disappointed in this and same issues with matching washer.

Maytag Dryer pros and cones

Joseph13 6/6/2025

We purchased Maytag dryer a few weeks ago to replace our old Kenmore Elite which was working for 23 years. Maytag's design and colors are good. It has the features and functionality we have been looking. While the appliance so far working without any serious complaints, the dryness level does not work equally well for all cycles. So far, we have had to add more time to achieve the desire level we needed. This unit has adjustable feet for height. Overall to-date experience using this dryer is good.

May tag dryer

Hope70 5/27/2025

We love our new Maytag dryer. It required a learning curve since there is no manual. It does a nice job drying everything with no wrinkles.

Worst Appliances I™€™ve Ever Owned

Sad and Very Dissapointed 5/23/2025

My washer and dryer have been the worst appliances I™€™ve ever purchased. They weren™€™t hooked up properly and took me 3 weeks of begging Lowe™€™s to solve the problem. The wash cycle takes about 1.5 hours. The timers are off and never accurate. My clothes don™€™t feel clean.

Bravos is AWFUL

Em S 5/14/2025

Maytag Bravos are AWFUL! We got the Bravos XL commercial washer and dryer in 2019 and have had problem after problem. Maytag stopped helping. We™€™ve replaced countless heating elements. They had sent out a tech for our washer a few times and they could never figure out why the washer wouldn™€™t work properly just kept replacing the head unit. So to say we are not Maytag fans is an understatement. I™€™m to the point where I™€™m just going to sit it out on the side of the road to be someone™€™s problem and get a more trusted appliance. Every time I do wash I™€™m reminded of how awful it is.

Goof features but average performance.

JETf 5/9/2025

We bought Maytag dryer two weeks ago. This appliance doesn™€™t effectively dries clothes in a single cycle. Some cycles requiring to rerun them two or three times. However, I appreciate its large capacity, controls, and the wrinkle prevention feature, which helps keep clothes looking fresh.

Better user manual would be helpful

Kali 1971 4/28/2025

The guide on how to use the machine is useless. I had have a service call to help understand what all the machines features entail. The dryer is wonderful but the lint trap fills up really quickly.

Buy Something Else

Rugerboy 4/16/2025

Bought this dryer to replace my old Maytag that was 15 years old. When you use a sensing cycle, the clothes never come out dry. You have either have to run it again or use the timed cycle. It doesn't matter how full it is. It just doesn't put out the heat like my old one did. No matter what cycle you use your clothes always have wrinkles in them. The only thing I like about it is the color - metallic slate.

Sensitivity

Jeff e 4/8/2025

The dryer works as a quality dryer should with one exception: the regular cycle dries to damp even though set for driest setting. Usually, I have to turn it back on two more times to get the load fully dry. Small and large loads alike. Overall, I'm satisfied with performance and have adjusted to this one quirk.

I am having some issues with the washer. The unit is not working properly, sometimes it does not complete a cycle or fails to run the final spin cycle properly. Customer service has been a great help and a replacement order has been placed.
