Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Water dispenser continues to drip

Markim815 7/23/2026

The refrigerator worked well, freezer worked well, icemaker was very good. The problem was the water dispenser. Continue to drip after filling a glass of water. had the service man out three times to repair it and it still dripped. We bought another refrigerator with the water dispenser on the outside of the door instead of the inside and it works much better.

My refrigerator is working well and looks nice. The range I got at the same time had something stuck to it after pulling the protective film off that I still can't get all of it off and one of the burners already has some little bubbles forming.

Love the size

Kits fridge 1/7/2026

Very happy with this model. We had a larger fridge before and found we were wasting food as it would get buried in the back. Love the new size and love the in freezer icemaker as I am not constantly picking up ice off the floor (when u have an in-door ice maker). Very pleased with this model.

Bought it in a pinch, and glad I did.

Nels B 11/18/2025

I bought this when a four year old Samsung unit failed. It was the only black S/S counter depth replacement I could find available on a reasonable schedule and price. However, I am much more pleased with the functionality than the Samsung it replaced.

Replacement ordered

Maria 11/4/2025

Bought less than a month ago. Temperature has been erratic. It's set to 37 degrees and I have 3 thermometers in the fridge and all 3 are consistent with each other, the temp fluctuates from 35-43 degrees. Even if the door was only opened for a few seconds at a time and then left closed for an hour. Temp still tends to read high. I reported the issue within 48 hours of delivery and I'm expecting a replacement.

Mixed Bag

DG in TX 10/23/2025

The bad: I've had this refrigerator for about a week now, so these opinions are first impressions. Loud: This refrigerator is way louder than my previous refrigerator when it runs. I feel like I'm going to get used to it, but will take some time. Louder: The solenoid valve that opens to fill the ice maker is LOUD. This is the worst thing about the refrigerator so far. This is annoying. Freezer size: This was smaller than expected, but acceptable. The Good: Fit and finish seem good. I love that the temperature has a dispay to show where it is and where it's set. The refrigerator portion is a really good size, despite this being a counter depth unit. Overall: I'm not sure that I'd buy this refrigerator again if I could go back in time. It does everything pretty well. But did I mention that it was loud?

Not a good refrigerator

Out in the Cold 10/7/2025

The right side door arrived with insulation poking out of the seam. The doors are not flush with each other. The gasket tore, for which we've made a warranty call. The fridge doors don't close on their own, instead of designing it to auto-close like older fridges, they put in a beeper to call you when it's not closed (by which point you may have left the room). Parts of the refrigerator section freeze and ruin vegetables. The freezer light doesn't come on at times because of ice buildup on the drawer-open sensor. The freezer drawer is hard to clean. It's not very quiet - marginally louder than the fridge we replaced which was 20 years old. The owner's manual is seriously lacking. The only good thing about this refrigerator is that it's counter depth.

My counter depth refrigerator arrived about a month ago. The color and size are perfect. My only criticism is the freezer is smaller than other counter depth refrigerator that I have owned.

Overall Happy

STEPHWILL 8/4/2025

Bought is a month ago because my GE Profile was 19 years old and we were being proactive. We had limitations as to what would fit in our space and through the entry door. The Whirlpool is a smaller frige and not quite as high end. We are adjusting the having less cubic feet. We find the plastic to be a bit flimsy. We do not use the water and ice maker so have nothing to say about that. It is good looking and looks great in our kitchen.

ICEMAKER

PIZZA 7/14/2025

The icemaking feature is inadequate and it makes ice very, very slowly and I am disappointed with that feature. Has a few other features that I find are pretty small. I was restricted as to what size to purchase due to the opening for the refrigerator but those are the items that come to mind.
